The TBS-Map is an art project to support art and culture in Tbilisi. It mainly serves as information for tourists and foreigners.

Tourists are visiting Tbilisi only for a few days, so it is important that they get actual information on culture - including entertainment - very effectively.

Entertainment is a definite part of culture: imagine you are in a town without hotels, restaurants, bars and cafés - what would be your impression of this town?

This map includes two systems of distribution. Half of the circulation will be distributed at the partner´s places. If a tourist finds one of the places, he has access with this map to the other places.
The second part is distributed directly on Rustaveli Avenue and in Old Town. Private editions can be arranged, too.

It has a multiplier effect: the tourists visiting their friends and relatives who are living here have access to the map from them immediately after arrival. Their first question will be: how can I find my way around? Do you have a map (in English language).

Thus what could look like advertisement is transformed into valuable information, because the tourists rely on such actual information. It gives them the impression of an international city of quality standard - this is support of art and culture and the image of Tbilisi in the world.

The TBS-Guide is a brochure to promote culture and entertainment in Tbilisi mainly for foreign tourists. It contains information about Georgia, culture in Tbilisi, useful telephone numbers, gastronomy, entertainment, accommodation, travel and service.

And: this brochure will be distributed free of charge.
